About Us: We are a small business selling products via ecommerce. We are seeking to hire a talented person skilled in Social Media Marketing and Influencer Marketing. This position can grow into long term, stable, employment.
This is a performance and results driven role, we are looking for candidates with experience growing a brand’s social presence, audience and reach using social media and influencer / creator content marketing.
The job entails a variety of tasks and we’re looking for an amazing, experienced person with a lot of resourcefulness. You will be responsible for:
- Strategic Planning and Outreach: Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and campaigns. Identify, research, and engage with social media influencers, bloggers, and content creators that align with the company’s brand and audience.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers through ongoing communication, feedback sessions, and performance evaluations. Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables ensuring mutual benefit.
- Content Oversight: Collaborate with influencers on content ideation and creation to ensure alignment with brand messaging, guidelines, and marketing objectives. Monitor and review influencer content for accuracy, authenticity, and effectiveness.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, track relevant metrics, and analyze ROI. Provide regular reporting on influencer campaign results, insights, and recommendations for future strategy adjustments.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with emerging trends, platforms, and tools in influencer marketing. Adapt strategies as necessary to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
- Content Calendar Oversight: Oversee and curate social media content calendars for diverse brand profiles spanning platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Collaboration with Creative Teams: Partner with graphic designers and video editors as needed to establish and uphold brand-appropriate content standards.
- Unified Brand Presentation: Collaborate closely with graphic designers, video editors, and content creators to ensure seamless and consistent production of brand-aligned content across various product categories and social channels.
- Content Promotion Coordination: Work in tandem with content creator liaisons and influencer marketing representatives to craft content promotion strategies, handpick suitable products, and set benchmarks for content quality and representation.
- Social Media Management: Design, oversee, and schedule posts for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, encompassing both content specifics and hashtag strategies.
You should possess a knack for problem-solving, strategic thinking, and have a strong aptitude for research to excel in this role. Our team is dedicated and thrives on coordinated collaboration. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously is crucial. If you prefer tackling projects or tasks one at a time, this position might not be the best fit for you.
